This is to inform you that we, the undersigned supporters of Shaun Rodrigues, hereby petition you to reduce his minimum sentence and grant him parole. We understand that he is now eligible to apply for reduction of sentence and parole. We ask you to focus on the fact that Shaun's behavior, before, during and after his arrest, trial and conviction is completely inconsistent with the profile of a criminal. Indeed, Shaun was a model citizen then and now.

Not withstanding his conviction and imprisonment for a crime he did not commit, Shaun has been a model prisoner. We understand that his conviction has already been decided. The issue before you now is whether he has demonstrated that he is ready to be released. We are informed of his outstanding behavior while imprisoned. We are not surprised. We respectfully request that you return him to his family and his community from whom he enjoys much support.

Shaun cannot afford to waste his best years in prison for a crime he did not commit. We cannot afford to pay our dwindling tax money to imprison innocent, model citizens.

Since the time he could speak, to his six year old son, Christopher, has asked "When is daddy coming home". Please do all you can to answer his prayer and return Shaun to his son Christopher and his young wife Chasity now.
